Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulkaha PS Case No. 56 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act and Sections 25(1-B)a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it has been alleged that apart from liquor, country-made pistol along with three cartridges were recovered from the vehicle and petitioner is owner of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
