Following reliefs have been sought for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the present application on behalf of the petitioners: "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of direction to the respondents especially the respondent no. 6 to consider the case of the petitioner for their promotion to the post of the Headmaster in accordance with the settled principle of law strictly.
2. (i) The respondents especially the respondent no. 6 the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14580 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 D.P.O. (Establishment), Samastipur be commanded to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 18.06.2018 in accordance with law preferably.
(ii) The respondents be commanded to grant the benefit of promotion to the post of Headmaster to the petitioners along with consequential benefits.
(iii) The respondents be commanded not discriminate the petitioners for their promotion to the post of the Headmaster." It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that their representations (Annexure-4 series) are pending before respondent no. 6 (The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur). The respondent no. 6 (The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur) is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioners and pass necessary order(s) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
