The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.44 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that one Dinesh Yadav was apprehended by the police with one motorcycle, who confessed before the police that the said motorcycle was purchased by him from this petitioner and on the basis of his confessional statement, two other motorcycles were also recovered from village-Mahuadham. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot nor any incriminating has been

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.44 of 2018.
