JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2017, arising out of Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 191 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307, 120 (B), 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other co-accused, who has been produced before the Court, was involved in a bomb explosion in the Civil Court campus and this petitioner and one Khusbu Kumari were associates of notorious criminal, Mahesh Rai. It is further alleged that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the statement of co-

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in this case and later on the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confession of co-accused, Khoosbu Kumari and except confession of co-accused, nothing has been attributed against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 25.05. 2017.

Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- 11, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2017 arising out of Chapra Town P.S.Case No. 191 of 2016 in connection with, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
