JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2025 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail application of the petitioner has twice been rejected but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the informant and his father did not support the prosecution case.

2. From perusal of the report, it appears that only three witnesses (out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses), as per submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner have been examined.

3. The bail petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after examination of five witnesses or after six months, whichever may be earlier.
