Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner had purchased a stolen motorcycle from the co-accused and the motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. There is no material to suggest that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or would abscond the process of law. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

No.76901 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parbatta Police Station Case No.366 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
