Case i.e., the Nimachandapura P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024. Therefore, they are being heard together and are being decided by a common order.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Though the allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl it appears that she had left her house on her own.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of kidnapping the victim is only against the main accused namely Atik Kumar and the petitioners are the material uncle of the main accused. The petitioners are in custody since 18.08.2024.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these applications for regular bail are allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Begusarai in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024.
