The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 94 pouches, each of 200 ml. Country made liquor, in a bag kept by the petitioner at his motorcycle.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Belchhi P.S.
