JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The instance application for bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 866 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 385, 307, 504 of the IPC. Earlier, two times the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court along with a direction to conclude the trial expeditiously.

In pursuance to the direction of the Court, a Report with regard to present stage of trial has been received on 31.01.2024 from which it appears that, case record is fixed for framing of charge, and trial Court had sought four months

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The bail application stands disposed of.

However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within stipulated period of time i.e. four months which is mentioned in its report, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail application. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Manishkr/- U T
