2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., three miscreants riding on motorcycle came from behind and on the point of pistol, took away Rs. 50,000/-. Nearby people identified this petitioner as one of them.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that merely on suspicion, petitioner has been roped in the present case. Informant has not disclosed the source or name of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3032 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 person who identified this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged incident. Petitioner claims to be of clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Rupauli P.S.
