1. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner has died.

2. The relief sought by the petitioner in this case is to set aside the letter No. 1511 dated 11.02.2012, issued by the respondent No. 2, so that the petitioner's license No. 7 of 2007 for retail outlet of the petrol pump may be renewed.

3. In view of the demise of the sole petitioner, the relief sought in the Writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The question of legal heirs seeking renewal of the petitioner's

Patna High Court CWJC No.14587 of 2018(4) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 license does not arise. However, the Legal heirs of the petitioner are at liberty to make appropriate application before the competent authority.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition is closed.
