The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the poultry of Jivan Kumar as well as from the motorcycle standing thereon, foreign liquor was allegedly recovered. In the headlight of the jeep, the Chowkidar identified the petitioner while fleeing away from there. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the
