JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-01-2026 Learned counsel representing the Veer Kunwar Singh University submits that the claim of this petitioner with respect to gratuity and earned leave has already been paid and with respect to arrears of salary, the petitioners may be directed to file a fresh representation giving details of the entitlement, which shall be considered by the authorities of the University after verifying his bona fide.
2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel representing the Veer Kunwar Singh University, this Court finds it appropriate that since, substantial grievance has
Patna High Court CWJC No.34 of 2026(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/2 already been adjudicated and with regard to arrears of salary and other grievances, if any, the petitioner may file an appropriate representation with all supportive materials / documents along with a copy of this order, within a period of four weeks and on filing of such representation, The Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, shall adjudicate the claim of this petitioner, which is indicated in the writ petition, within a further period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation and if the petitioner is found entitled to such relief, the benefits shall also be extended to him within the same time by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection on such directions passed by this Court for adjudicating the claim of this petitioner.
