By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.217 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the nature of the offence and the undisputed plea taken by the petitioner that when he filed Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.344 of 2019 on 09.08.2019 in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran at Motihari and the informant came to know about the filing of the divorce case, she filed the instant case vide Kalyanpur P.S.
