In the instant appeal, the appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 21.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3180 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 to 4 furnished a copy of the order dated 12.12.2018 passed in L.P.A No.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1010 of 2018 dt.07-07-2022 2/2 368 of 2018 (arising out of CWJC No. 19337 of 2016) in which the order passed by the learned Single Judge was confirmed. In the impugned order, the learned Single Judge had relied on the decision rendered in CWJC No. 19337 of 2016.

In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present L.P.A stands dismissed while affirming the order of the learned Single Judge dated 21.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3180 of 2017.
