The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of kidnapping of a minor girl. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation before the Police. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail in connection with Marhaura Police Station Case No.391 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra. Accordingly, prayer is refused.
