Paragraph no.3 of the order dated 13.09.2022 is replaced by the following observations:- "The petitioner is directed to file an application before the concerned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, ("LARRA") within 60 days from today and thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed of within six months from today by Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"), in accordance with law after hearing the parties."
