2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 256/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, two country made rifles and some ammunition were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. The seizure list has not been prepared under the provision of Section 100 Cr.P.C. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 256 of 2023.
