The petitioner, who is custody since 31.07.2019, seeks bail in connection with Begusarai P. S. Case No. 243 of 2019 dated 10.05.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of confession of a co-accused person. One of the accused persons of this case has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

No.78717 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 The petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade notwithstanding the fact that he is in custody for approximately eight months by now. It is also stated that there is no recovery of any incriminating material from the constructive possession of the petitioner.

Considering the afore-mentioned facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P. S. Case No. 243 of 2019.
