2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Geeta devi alleged that on 09.11.2023 , this petitioner pressed neck of daughter of informant as a result of which she died and also threatened informant with dire consequences.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81408 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 offence , prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. However, since petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2023 , the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
