This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bahadurpur case no. 243 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 384, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having tried to construct a wall on the plot of the informant with a view to grab the same. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute in question is purely a civil dispute and the allegations levelled against the petitioners are false. It is further submitted that apart from one case in which the petitioners are accused and are on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82097 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 bail, they are having a clean antecedent.

The learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to admit the petitioners to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur PS case no. 243 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
