JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Jamhore P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 307, 379, 323, 341, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and others is of assault to the husband of informant causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and land dispute is from before and though one of the injuries caused to the informant was found serious in nature but the same has not specifically been attributed to the petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
