JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For a direction to the concerned Respondent authorities to remove encroachment from the Chailaha Minor Canal in the facts and circumstances of this case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18947 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 (b). For a direction to the concerned Respondent authorities to revive and restore the Chailaha Minor Canal into its actual alignment as per the original map of the canal.

(c). For a direction to the concerned Respondent authorities to establish Bandobasti in favour of the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of this case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Banjariya, East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
