The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jogbani P.S.Case No.282 of 2019 dated 24.9.2019 corresponding to Special Case No.1291 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 111 ltrs. of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in one similar type of case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after arrest in this case he has been remanded in another case and moreover he is in custody for more than two months and the charge-sheet has already been submitted, as such there

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S.Case No.282 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No.1291 of 2019 with further condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
