2. However, Ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that the failure of the petitioner to attend the matter on the relevant date was neither willful nor negligent, but on account of unavoidable reasons.

3. Considering the submissions advanced by Ld. counsel for the Petitioner, the present petition is allowed, restoring Criminal Revision No.1588 of 2019 to its original number.

4. Now, Criminal Revision No.1588 of 2019 is at the stage of removing the defect(s) as pointed out by the office.

5. Hence, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s) in Criminal Revision No.1588 of 2019.

6. Office is directed to list Criminal Revision No.1588 of 2019 on 12.12.2025.
