2. Order put to challenge in this writ petition is the termination order dated 06.11.2023, passed by the Chairman and Secretary School Education Committee, Upgraded Middle School, Gadai Sarai, Hajipur (Vaishali), whereby the petitioner's service as Education Volunteer has been terminated.

3. Counter affidavit by the respondents has been filed, wherein, it has been pointed out that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the termination order before the concerned District Magistrate.

4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Magistrate for redressing the petitioner's grievances raised in the writ petition.

5. As prayed for, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Magistrate for redressal of his grievances.

6. The limitation period for filing of an appeal before the District Magistrate shall stand condoned.
