2. By way of this writ application, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sonepur for passing an order under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. on his application dated 25.09.2023.

3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sonepur is directed to consider the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.44 of 2024(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 proceedings under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. /under Section 163 of the BNSS.

4. It is expected that appropriate orders shall be passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sonepur on the application of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt/communicated of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
