2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.
3. The informant alleges that on 05.06.2024 at 8 PM, co-accused Matuk Rai was piling pillar on his land, on protest by informant, he abused and called co-accused Vipin and order to kill the informant, on which co-accused Vipin assaulted him with Farsa causing injury on his head and when his family members came to save him, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that co-accused Matuk Rai assaulted Sanjaniya Devi with lathi causing fracture of her hand and during course of treatment, Sanjaniya Devi died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the dispute relating to land, Maarpeet took place. Allegation of assault is not specific, rather general in nature. Two co-accused namely Bhushan Ray and Ram Das Ray, having similar & identical allegation, have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 66016 of 2024. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
