The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no. 187 of 2019, registered under Sections 323, 498(A), 379, 365 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torturing of the complainant/informant by her husband and in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of cash of Rs. Two Lakh and removing her from matrimonial house snatching her child. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant/informant and both have falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77364 of 2019(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 in this case, but with ulterior motive only to put pressure, the present case has been lodged.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pramod Ranjan, J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
