Unknown criminals have stolen the motorcycle of the informant, Subodh Kumar Yadav and for that FIR has been registered against unknown.

As per para 19 of the case diary, the aforesaid motorcycle was found near Piprahi Bandh. It is further evident from para 30 of the case diary that the petitioner along with others have made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.124 of 2019 and on the basis thereof, has been remanded in this case. In spite of evidence of criminal antecedent, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the
