====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 103 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 15.02.2025, the petitioner and other co-accused called his brother and asked him to steal the ATM of Phulwari Sharif, which the deceased declined. Thereupon, the petitioner and Nehal shot him, and Amir, Tenni, and the petitioner assaulted and strangulated him to death. The petitioner is one of the persons who fired on the deceased.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82097 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 and the fact that the petitioner has five criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, and the same is accordingly rejected.

5. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
