Patna High Court CWJC No.19279 of 2024(3) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 Authority submits that in view of the subsequent development the petitioner has brought on record by way of I.A. No. 01/25, it appears from the Interlocutory Application that the election process has begun and election is scheduled to be held on 20.01.2025, the petitioner has remedy under the Act to move before the respondent no.3 (The Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Cooperative Department, Bihar, Patna) in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent no.3 (The Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Cooperative Department, Bihar, Patna).
