The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S.Case No.123 of 2019 dated 19.72019 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been named on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Case relates to theft of the motorcycle.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession, he is named in three other cases also and on the confessional statement of the co-accused, he is accused in the present case. He is in custody for more than three months and the charge-

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Manish Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S.Case No.123 of 2019 and one the bailors should be local one as well as he will co-operate in the disposal of the trial.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
