The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner before the authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was an applicant for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika and her name appears at serial no.2 in the merit list. Raushan Khatoon, whose name appears at serial no.1 in the merit, list does not belong to the majority caste of the ward but the petitioner has not been appointed and she came to know that her candidature has been cancelled only because her

Patna High Court CWJC No.24162 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 husband was working as an agent in ICICI Bank but no notice cancelling the candidature of the petitioner has yet been issued nor any person junior to the petitioner is appointed on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

Having considered the facts, I find that the petitioner has got no valid cause of action. Accordingly, the writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.

However, the petitioner may file representation before the concerned authority for consideration of her case and the authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
