2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(I) For issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus to implement the order passed by learned court of C.J.M. Patna passed on dated 7/10/2024 in connection with complaint case No. 6396/2023 when under the learned Court of CJM, patna directed S.S.P. Patna to register an F.I.R. us. 156 (3) of the named accused in complaint petition at Station, Patna. Gandhi Maidan Police;

(II) For writ/Against issuance of Appropriate directional/the Order Respondent

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2599 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 Authorities who violate the fundamental Rights of under Article (14) as well as Article (21) of the Constitution of India Authorities registered the Corollary of Trial not to FIR which is "Right to speedy not and given Equal protection of law' which is also corollary of Article (14) of the constitution of India;

(III) For issuance order/ writ of directional to initiate the contempt proceeding as well as department proceeding against the Respondent No. (4) who willfully not to implement the order of learned court of C.J.M. Patna as violate the guidelines of Apex Court in Judgement/Order of case of (I) Lalita Kumari us. State of U.P as well as (II) D.K Bashu V/S State of West Bengal.

3. The present writ has been filed for registration of FIR arising out of Complaint Case No.6396/2023. The order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna is a subject matter of challenge in Cr. Misc. No. 18691 of 2025 and the order dated 07.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna was stayed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18691 of 2025.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to await the result of the quashing application.
