JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police on information of preparation of dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and arrested several accused persons including petitioner and recovered different weapons, so far this petitioner is concerned, there is recovery of one knife. Apart from that it appears that he is accused in three more cases of similar nature. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody since 18.05.2019 and other accused persons having

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner has to appear before the Officer-inCharge of the police station of his area in the second week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct during that period.
