2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 dated 27.01.2023, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 448, 307, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused persons, including the petitioner. The petitioner assaulted the informant with iron-rod on his head, causing injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2023 having five criminal antecedents and there is no injury report on record.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance twice at the Harsidhi Police Station, District- East Champaran in each month.
