2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent nos. 3, 4, 6 and 9 but the same has not been disposed of. Accordingly, she prayed that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner for filing a fresh representation before respondent no. 6, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga within two weeks for redressal of her grievances in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

On filing of the said representation within two weeks from today, respondent no. 6, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga shall dispose of the said representation expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of filing of the said representation.
