The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 448/354/354C/ 420/ 469 / 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67A of the I.T. Act.

The entire record, i.e., FIR and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., would reveal that the victim was aged about 21 years had affairs with the petitioner in the beginning. However, her marriage was settled with some other boy and this petitioner and other family members including the female members allegedly sent the Video of the two to the family of the bridegroom, which resulted in nonsolemnization of marriage.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) With further condition that petitioner shall file undertaking before the Magistrate at the time of furnishing of bail bond stating therein that in future petitioner shall not indulge in such activity against the victim girl otherwise that would be a ground for cancellation of bail bond.
