JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No.671 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of the offence, the allegation made against the petitioner and two other co-accused namely, Md. Jainul Kadri and Arshad, whose case stand on more or less identical footing to that of the petitioner have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 08.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9624 of 2017, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75689 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.
