JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 4160 (C) of 2017 for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that there is dispute of business transaction between the petitioner and the informant and in that view of the matter the present complaint case has been lodged.

Considering the backdrop of the institution of the complaint case and noticing the nature of controversy involved in the matter and particularly the statement made in para 3 of the

No.49822 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I., Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 4160 (C) of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
