JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-12-2025 The present writ application has been filed in the form of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) for the following relief:
"1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a P.I.L writ/writs mandamus or
Patna High Court CWJC No.19690 of 2025(2) dt.16-12-2025 2/3 appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents to construct road Baidrabad to Arwal Sipah Via Shahi Mohalla after removal of old structure from the road and construct road there on with new material otherwise doors of the peoples of the locality situated at both side of the road shall came in deap from the road and water from road will come in doors of the houses of the peoples and the large numbers of the peoples of the locality of both sides of the road shall be affected but after removal of old structure from road if road will construct there will not be harm of the peoples whose houses are situated in both sides of the road."
2. The petitioner has already approached the District Magistrate, Arwal (respondent No. 6) by filing an application for redressal of his grievance.
3. The District Magistrate, Arwal (Respondent No. 6) is directed to consider the petitioner's grievance in the light of the order passed in CWJC No. 4839 of 2010 (Deepak Mukherjee and Ors vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) dated 19.04.2010, and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
