2. The present writ application has been filed for cancelling the appointment of private respondent on the post of Anganwadi Sevika in Village-Enayatpur, Ward No. 3, P.S. Patori, Anganwadi Centre No. 213, District-Samastipur.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not availed her remedy before the appropriate forum framed under the relevant

Patna High Court CWJC No.16608 of 2018(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 Margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika and she has directly filed the writ petition in this matter.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum under the relevant Margdarshika of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika within 30 days from today, if cause of action survives.
