Patna High Court L.P.A No.1038 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 Ors., is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court and is likely to be decided in near future.

We notice that the learned Single Judge has dismissed the petition only on the ground that the L.P.A., now subject matter of the Special Leave Petition, was stood dismissed by this Court.

As such, the present appeal is disposed of reserving liberty to the appellants to revive the same with the outcome of the decision of the Apex Court.
