2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking extension of time by four weeks to furnish the bail bonds in terms of order dated 05.10.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70596 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person and had handed over the pairvi of this case to his pairvikar, he had gone outside the State of Bihar to earn his livelihood. In such circumstance, it is submitted that he could not reach the learned court below well within time to submit his bail bonds.
4. Mr. Md. Fahimuddin, learned APP for the State is present and does not oppose the prayer for extension of time to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85769 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 submit the bail bonds by this petitioner.
5. In the circumstances stated above, the petitioner is being granted six weeks time from today to submit bail bonds in terms of the order dated 05.10.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70596 of 2024. If the petitioner surrenders and submits the bail bonds within the given period, he would be given benefit of the said order.
6. No further indulgence shall be granted.
