Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Baniapur P.S.Case No. 187 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one pistol with two live cartridges.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that while taking wine the petitioner was arrested and implicated in this false and concocted case and he was produced before Magistrate after 24 hours and when he made complaint about the same he has been made accused in one more case and petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Baniapur P.S.Case No. 187 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
