====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-01-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 dated 22.04.2017, registered for the offence punishable u/s 326, 307, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with two other co-accused has fired upon the injured person.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous grudge. The allegations levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. there is

5. Per contra, learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner is serious in nature and it is not fit case because petitioner has eight criminal antecedents, hence he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
