ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-09-2023 Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has an alternative and effective remedy of filing a complaint before the Divisional Commissioner, the present writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the Divisional Commissioner ventilating his grievance within a period of fifteen days from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On such complaint being filed, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
3. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
