The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that from perusal of case diary, it appears that there is no evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent (Annexure-2) and he is in custody since 19.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
