JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chenari P. S. Case No. 152 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of IPC.
As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 is said to have assaulted by Ballam at the hand of the informant and petitioner no.2 has assaulted by Gandasa to the informant, causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that this case is a counter version to a case lodged by the petitioner's side, in which, the petitioner and other accused persons were assaulted and moreover, injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure 2 and Annexure-2/1.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Chenari P.
